So, if creationists say that the world was made 6000 years ago, and that dinosaurs bones were put in the fossil record by God to test our faith, why don't they worship at museums?
Heh, me? Ya right. We gotta stick it to those Jesus freaks! Nah I don't mean that. But there has to be a place for reason and common sense in any religious view. Creationists are deluding themselves in order to feel a a part of a movement they consider superior.
i just had dinner at my friendly neighborhood jehova's witness' house.
he is a creationist, but he also believes in evolution. he doesnt think that life started 6000 years ago, in fact he would probably agree with most scientists about when the universe started, though he might say that god made the big bang.
he likes the show "quirks and quarks".
i am an athiest, but if i had been born into a jehova's witness family, i now see that it would have been plausible for me to be a jehova's witness and also a creationist.

So why does he identify himself as a creationist? Is that part and parcel of the JoHo's take on things?
