Unbelievably, James Brown didn't make the cut.
Sam, you know how to deliver the goods... this is exactly the type of meta analysis I crave, thats both informative and evocative (certainly had our 'five star' listening experiences, you know), showing us what shaped and reflected our musical ideals and tastes. Good show.
